I went to the store to buy a router sled which was advertised at one price in store and a a cheaper price in store. I was told that I could have the online price in store which was fair enough but as I was in the process of purchasing the item on line the sales staff increased the price and laughed. I'll never shop there again I'd rather pay a higher price with a reputable and honest company

My chippie mate bought his tools online with CNS , it was very nice. Highly recommended site to trades.

Order with them two router bits on 25th March. They came in reasonable time but one was wrong size. Emailed them straight away with a picture and had to wait few days (around four) for a response with a promise of shipment the right one. Around a week later there was no sign of a parcel from them so emailed them again. After another 5 days still no response so emailed them again today which is 15th April asking for a refund. Finally they responded asking me to ship the wrong bit first! After 20 days and our project ruined still no solution. Extremely poor service!

Absolutely shocking customer service.
The stock on their website is not reflective of what they actually have.
Their quoted shipping times are after they have processed your order....which took days.
No courtesy emails to update you on progress.
Staff were rude and dismissive.

Wouldn't recommend. Go to any other online store.
