I Recently purchased two door knobs for a glass display cabinet that I had made for a client.
The product is of a good quality and reasonably priced.
I was pleased with the level of service that Claire provided and the product was delivered swiftly.
Overall very happy with the service from start to finish.

Great handles at really competitive prices. You always take a bit of a chance buying things online but the quality of the products is really high and the customer service is excellent. We ordered a range of handles and they arrived within two days. I wouldn’t recommended this shop to anyone.

Excellent quality door handles and cups . American bronze style. Stunning in reality. Good comms with supplier after purchasing the wrong diameter knobs. Quickly returned and ordered new better size ones. No issues . Well done .

I bought 20 of an item and 16 of another item. I informed after 2 days of receiving the goods. I reported ONE missing. They refused my claim on their impeccable process based on weight etc. Well how do you know if what they weigh is true when they arrive to you? Furthermore Are you supposed to weigh the package? I understood if it was 3/4 or more missing but ONE!!. Bad customer service and a lot to learn! Needless to say they do not understand trade.

....and as you can see from the below the arrogance on their "perfection" and they are never wrong is outstanding. No sorry or anything - just "Just I am right" all for one knob. What a customer service (so they claim)

Really happy with my kitchen knobs better quality than what I found on Amazon and eBay and look fab. Postage was also very fast.

Terrible service. Ordered a total of 34 handles & received 1 short. Claire accused me of lying to try & get a free knob (I can manage a £2.79 knob thanks! 🙄😂) refused to resolve it as ‘we’ve done all our checks babe’ I had no choice but to order & pay AGAIN for something they didn’t send as half had already been fitted & they wouldn’t even cover delivery! Absolutely disgusted. If I hadn’t left it so late I would definitely have returned. The handles themselves are ok but not good quality, you get what you pay for. Staff that call you babe & darling & speak to you like you’re a 2 year old shouldn’t be working with customers. Highly unprofessional. Overall worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Excellent customer service. Very responsive and they offered a replacement without any fuss.

Can't recommend the service enough. Completely echo what everybody else has said. Clare and Dorothy were amazing from start to finish and managed to source cup handles for me that nowhere else in the UK (believe me I tried) could source until 16th Jan next year. Absolutely fab. Returns are no effort at all, communication is brilliant. Would very highly recommend.
