The range of goods is amazing and good quality, and the staff are very helpful. Called in today for a particular kind of lightbulb and pulled one of the staff away from stacking the shelves. He took time to patiently explain the differences between various products and found exactly what I needed. Never had a bad experience there yet.

It's a great place to get every thing you want. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I do wood turning and I get my sanding paper from there.

The store has introduced no refunds on returns unless goods are faulty. You can only get a credit on future purchases.
It has to be said though that this shop has a very handy range of products. I often nip down to town and pick up little bits and pieces from there for DIY projects.

Proper aladins cave, they seem to have anything & everything.
Wanted tent pegs & self adhesive / removable coat hook & they had multiple types of each. What more could you want.

This place is my go to shop for anything. Like Arkwrights store! All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I have shopped here many times. Their prices can be beaten online, but you can't beat good service.
