Service always excellent feel for the staff .. why don't people order the items needed online instead of holding up a queue for 1/2hr while he tries to explain a fixing he requires .. the poor girl goes and searches for 10mins brings back several items and he then says * I wanted 10mm not 12mm " bring back CLICK AND COLLECT .

Just spent half hour trying on safety boots here, served by Matt. Tried on numerous types and sizes, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service, well pleased.

unable to collect order this morning from Port Talbot store due to power outage. Tried to phone store but unable to get through, just being kept on hold. Very poor customer service.
