My first time in a Harley Davidson Shop, the experience was amazing, the staff make you to feel like you are one of them.. They changed my perspective about Motorcycles.. I will look forward to buy one of their bikes in the future. I strongly recommend for you to visit the shop, you won't regret.

This place was amazing was so happy to see Harley-Davidson represented so well in another country. I am American and long time Harley Davidson mechanic and popped in really just to check it out. Ended up spending a couple hundred bucks on merch just because they were so helpful and friendly. Did not take a test ride because I am afraid of the opposite direction cars are going in but when my daughter moves here next year I think buying a new bike to explore the English countryside is probably a good idea now that I've made some local friends to ride with! Friendly place but not fake and trying to pressure anyone, very cool experience. Will be back.

Almost £450 for a service!?!?!?!?!?And it CAN NOT be done when I want it?!?!?!
£10 for 2 spark plug(You don't need to change it for at least 15000 ml), £10 oil filter, £50 Harley Davidson OEM oil(go for any 20W50 for £30)And this price is for Me as a private costumer.Companies get it much cheaper...Half an hour job.

There is a reason they are the oldest h/d dealer in Europe.
The whole team appreciated me spending my hard earned money there.
They made deal SUPER easy for me to decide in about 5 mins as it SHOULD be.
Top job to the whole team but I dealt with Bruno,Dan and their awesome delivery chap Chris.

Bought my new FXLRST El Diablo from Dan, great service and nothing too much trouble. Paid list price not inflated U.S. prices for my limited machine. Would definitely recommend Warr’s and they will be my first choice in future purchases.
