My experience with riders Bridgwater very very disappointed website saying bank holiday Monday open after round trip of over 70 miles found out that they're actually closed still waiting one year to see if my crash helmet is in haven't heard anything they got my number they gave me a code for a fuel cap LED one but when I put the code in it came out as a Speedo so very very disappointed with them Bristol far better riders highly recommend them Bristol parts department you could not get any better staff if you tried there on the ball they know what they're doing far better than Bridgwater and that's why I'm so disappointed with them

After an unsuccessful bike viewing up north, I popped into Riders on my way home to see what stock they had. Not only did they have a bike that interested me, they were helpful, friendly and put together a great deal for the bike.

The bike was prepped and serviced, and a week later I collected it. The bike had been cleaned and was presented to me out the front of the showroom, where I was taken and shown the controls before I rode it home. Top service, thanks for the new bike!

I recently purchased a Ducati Scrambler and have no complaints at all. Firstly the sales guy called me back, secondly the deal I felt was fair and lastly, delivery was excellent. There was a p/x and they handled that without issue too. In addition the scrambler was obviously recently cleaned/valeted and as described, the delivery guy was a lovely chap too. Oh and final point, the V5 turned up promptly. All said-and-done, definitely recommend.

What an excellent service. My carburettor float was sticking. Bike was collected, quick fix and returned the following day as I was selling it and needed an urgent fix for the sale to go through. Paul worked on it during his lunch break. No fuss, no drama just outstandingly helpful. Thank you Riders you’re brilliant 😁👍🏻🐝

Excellent Service. I had a couple of Fault Codes pop up on my sportster s so took bike into Riders to get sorted. The service Department were very helpful and after leaving my bike with them for a short time they had sorted the problem.
Mark was excellent in his attitude and was very understanding and I was treated as an individual and not just another customer.
I would recommend the Service Department at Riders if you are after a professional service.

Amazing range of motorcycles available! Extremely helpful and polite staff. Well laid out show room very clean - disabled parking spaces and access to Riders. Highly recommend
