Don’t normally have any problems with them but I was forced to wait 20 minutes for my prescription that was meant to be ready for pick up from 1pm. I arrived at 3.30pm and the pharmacists had no clue what was going on. I wouldn’t have minded waiting too much but no apology was offered, just them chatting and gossiping at the computer for 20 minutes with no explanation whatsoever. Very rude, staring and being judgmental. Makes you wonder whether their attitude was due to myself and my husband wearing workout clothes as we just came back from the gym. Disgusting. Will probably order home delivery next time so I don’t have to deal with unprofessional behaviour.

Booked a private flu vaccine online. When I turned up for the appointment I was told the pharmacist had gone on a course & that I couldn't have my vaccine. I was disappointed as didn't even get a call to rearrange. The next day I got a call to say pop in anytime today & they'll get the vaccine done. I thought great, at least they called. Turned up, waited 20mins to be seen only to be told that they weren't doing private vaccines till the following week. Again disappointed!! I told the pharmacist that I'd just received a call to come in. Obviously they don't talk to each other before inconveniencing customers! Needless to say I won't be going to Superdrug again to book my vaccine. Low level service & pharmacist could do with some manners

Phoned last week for an appointment for flue vaccine. Told by rude woman to come in the following Tuesday 10am. Husband took time off work for this. When we arrived a very very rude pharmacist could not look me in the eye when I was speaking. Talking to the back of his head. Spoke to the young manager was told story that the person that does the jabs was not in. Terrible service from all at superstore. Will never use again. Went to boots and got our jabs there and then. Met with lovely staff there. Training staff would be a good idea superdrug.

I shopped a week before Christmas the centre was busy, the stores had excellent stock availability, the staff were also very knowledgeable and helpful. I think we should support our local shipping centres before they dissappear in favour of on line shopping. Pls give the centre a visit parking is brilliant and free. You don't get that in other local shopping centres.

For a large new store it is lacking some basics and accessories came in to find a scrunchie to find a black one.. that was it in the whole place! Plus no ladies shaving foam only gel, plenty in the mens non in the women's, do we not use foam? Can't fault prices though and makeup selection is now quite handy to have. Staff always seem friendly too
