Superdrug

We used to come here as a child with my father. After 12 years, I visited the store yesterday. I put myself in a problem which was resolved by the person who served me (Deepika) and the manager. They helped me out without any issues and difficulties. I know in some stores if I came in with the same problem, I would of been told I cannot be helped.
Excellent customer service

Unfortunately the minimum I can score this store it’s 1 star. I’d definitely give it a big fat zero. The worst customer service, mislabelled items and staff that tried to blame myself for them mistake.

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER! Staff have no customer service training. I went to collect a prescription that was there for 2 days.. I waited half an hour before one of the four staff even looked at me or the other lady who was waiting, before me might I add. Only for the woman serving me to tell me it was another 20 minute wait before they could give me the prescription. Would give them 0 star rating if I could.

I have shopped here a few times while in the area. I would say that the shelves are stocked up with items. While on my shop I noticed a number of customers (were waiting at the pharmacy area to be seen and did not look happy waiting for the pharmacist) It is a very intimate shop and aisles are tightly spaced! Queues are long. There were three members of staff on the til so it was a bit of a wait. Staff are friendly and was thanked for my custom today! Not a bad shop from my experience! :)

Maps said it closes at 19:00 on Saturday. Took a 30 minute bus ride, arrived at 18:04 to find it closed. Had to take another bus ride to Boots in Peckham.

The 5 stars are for one trip in over 20 years of shopping here , when I'm normally badgered to up sell, I understand it's part of the cashier's remit but drives me crazy.
Today I met a pharmacist that gave me terrific advice for half the price I would have spent.
She's called Mel and I would like to applaud her for an amazing service.
Superdrug needs more like her.

Decent selection of products.

I am unable to get hold of anyone when I phone the store. I am constantly being cut off, also their hours online, don't tell you that the pharmacy is closed on Sunday day and closes earlier on Saturday. This information isnt contained within the opening hours information at the front of the store.
I recently had a wasted journey to the pharmacy on a Monday, to collect a very important prescription. I found the pharmacy closed, with no explanation.
