Superdrug

Well, came in to pick up my order that I booked online.. It wasn't ready, however, it was supposed to be ready. It's private so won't tell what exactly it was, but employees started laughing because of my order. Hahaha, so fu*king funny.. worst ever pharmacy experience in my life. Would never recommend this place just because of the attitude of the staff working here!

Not a bad place for all your toiletry needs though pricing is a bit hit and miss with different prices tucked behind each other - just chose the cheapest :)

Nice shop but young girl behind the counter was quite happy chewing gum and not very cheerful not even a hello or a smile I ask if all the Barry m make up was half price as they had a poster on window she said she didn't no I ask her if she could have a look she just told me the price of the item no interaction with customer and also not even a thankyou

Pharmacy staff give impression they can’t be bothered to serve you. Last two visits staff weren’t very friendly and I failed to get what I needed. Won’t try a 3rd time. Needs staff training in basic customer courtesy.

Amazing Pharmacist. I visited on Saturday as my Dad was very ill. He had already spoken to a GP on the phone and was given antibiotics and told it would just go away. I chose to go to Superdrug (as I’ve always had good advice from here before) to see if I could get anything to relieve the symptoms. The pharmacist took time listening and asking questions. I told him exactly what we had already told the GP but he told me it was important to get a GP to listen to his chest and advised to phone 111. I did this as soon as I got home and my Dad was immediately admitted into hospital. He had heart failure. A knock on result of this was that we also then spoke to 111 about my mum on the same day, who was also incredibly ill and had been told by a GP it was flu. She was also admitted into hospital with what turned out to be dangerously low levels of sodium due to medication she was taking. I honestly believe that the pharmacist saved both their lives this weekend and I simply can not thank you enough.

Was there with a person I support today. Can I say what wonderful helpful staff are in this store. The care, compassion, understanding, and fabulous service we received was amazing. Please congratulate your staff on being so friendly and helpful to a lady who is so excited to be in a shop, she can be a little difficult. Well done superdrug on your staff choice
