Very bad service and unpleasant staff. Urge anyone not to even think trying getting into that store.

The staff are friendly. Although they are short of staff frequently. Their equipment needs to be serviced as on two occasions it has been faulty during an examination.

Small store and staff are always busy. Sometimes long wait just to pay. There is another boots inside fulham broadway; bigger and with more counters.

An excellent branch of Boots Opticians. They saw me for an eye test extremely last minute on a Sunday - I only booked the appointment 3 hours in advance and was seen promptly on arrival. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - a lovely member of staff even fixed my prescription glasses that had broken that morning! Cliona, my Optometrist very friendly and professional and informative. Overall, excellent.

Got both me and my girlfriends prescriptions wrong. One occasion waited for 20 minutes for my appointment, the next time was late by 7 minutes and they wanted me to reschedule. Would highly recommend to avoid this branch it is damaging the brand.

Had a eye test here. Cleophus who was helping me was very helpful. I'm not convinced the actual optician who was a old man. Knew what he was doing in the eye test. He was not through enough for my liking. I feel like my money was just wasted. But Cleophus was helpful and not pushy to sell like Specsavers which I don't trust. So the 3 stars is only for him.

Went to get prescription safety glasses. Decent selection and professional staff. I would go back next time I need my prescription updated

My experience at Boots Opticians lead me to, not return to collect my glasses.
The optician who saw me seem to have an attitude. She kept on tutting and muttering under her breath, I'm not sure if she had a bad day or what I just was left feeling uncomfortable.
If I could rate this place as zero I would best to stick with Specsavers.
