Superdrug

Unfortunately the pharmacy has gone completely downhill when you go in to get your Medication you have to Queue up which takes roughly 10 minutes to be served then you’re asked to write your name and date of birth down on a piece of paper which then it’s handy to the pharmacy Then you will be told it will be 20 minutes wait for your medication I have been using this pharmacy for many years the previous pharmacy she was absolutely incredible and is very missed I would walk in and the pharmacy used to know my face and used to give me my medication under two minutes it’s not like like anymore and some of the staff are quite rude

Went for a prescription Friday evening, store was open but pharmacy was closed. Asked for the pharmacy opening hours, they told me 10 to 5 on Saturday. Came at 1 pm Saturday, was told pharmacy is closed until 2 pm, no explanation.

I visited the Kilburn branch for a collection, but didn't get my items, because I have to wait for an email. The staff patiently explained this to me. I also activated my Student Discount on my membership card and staff patiently explained the procedure. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful.

The pharmacy inside is embarrassing. 1 hour and half last week to pick up a collection...well half of it cause was missing one box and gave me a paper to come to collect this week.
Again waited 30 min..they come to me after 30 min telling me "you already collect it"..and explained that her in person gave me the note to come to pick up the other prescription. Waited again 20 min...she came to me telling "well...we a have a box but we open it for someone else..I can give you 70 pills and next week you can come to collect the other 30" that's a joke????????
It's unbelievable.
Since few months it's the worst service I have ever received.

Went in this shop with my young daughter, the women staff in the make up area are no help at all as are more interested in having conversation with there friends instead of serving customers, had to walk out when I walked past them as they was constantly dropping the f bombs and didn't care that young children heard. Shocking.

A worker named Clara has not only awakened me to superdrugs sim card and its plans but has also patiently guided me step by step to activate it which is a true improvement to my lifestyle 😁. Another worker who deserves a appreciation comment is named Vanessa who has served me on the tills with a relaxing and welcoming smile and has informed me on sales that are ongoing this week that I have been keeping my eyes on for a while now. These 2 workers that i have personally been served by have by far delivered a true 5 star customer service.Absolutely the best customer service I've recieved thank you both 😁.

There is Never anybody on them tills!! Tills always have one or two people when theres a que full of people or they’re busy chatting away! I don’t find manager any help at all! Not a helpful person when needed! And also they have a lot of items on sale and as soon as you get to the till it charges you full price and they tell you oh that price shouldn’t still be up! All the time this happens! But yea get more people on the tills instead of leaving a que full of people waiting 20 minutes it’s ridiculous! And to make it worse as soon as you get to the till they pester you to buy stuff!!!

Visited that branch today 22.12.2022 around 6PM and need to say what amazing service twice I had received by a Marina. She is your superstar and wish you will be able to pass her this feedback.
