Boots

Would give the store 5 stars as everyone is so helpful and polite except for the store manager who is extremely rude and let's everyone else, and the company, down!

Every thing is good, the service, the medicine collection time, ect.. But the only reason I gave 3 stars is that this specific Boots Pharmacy does not have a large range of products available.

Not a fully stocked boots very basic. However I now order online and collect in this store. Very useful for me as i work centrallyand live near this store so very handy for me

Very unorganised stuffs. I went to collect my dads medicine a lot of time after getting a message it's ready to collect. But when I get there they say it's not ready.

Theres barely any staff but products are prime lines and not always able to find what you would want to find. Pharmacy is fine. Not so welcoming either to be honest. Almostphere is like ghost town lol.

Parking NONE. Reversing is impossible if you do. Disable Space is used and not for customers surprisingly who needs it.
You will need to park where you can. There is a bus 425/25/86 right next to them which is convenient. If you need particular stuff best go to much larger store etc.

Hope this helps. But it's nice to have a reputable pharmacy compared to eg. Bells Pharmacy where service sucks and during this period raised prices when last visited in late April 2020

Today I been to the store. The store manager is very Rude and arrogant. I tried to explain the situation and she always went back to her point without listening what i am trying to say. Looks like she needs hearing Aid.. Sorry to say . Will never go back there eventhough I am a resident here.

Boots Romford rd e12.Service is rubbish,my friend and I in there last week assistant served her while talking on the mobile. Customer service not good at all,what happened to customer comes first.My other friend went to pick up prescription and was kept waiting for minutes while 2 staff had a. conversation. Come on Boots pull your socks up.June 23rd ,see this Boots is closing down in August, not surprised apart from a couple of nice ladies service is bad.

They have really useful things but unfortunately they’re closed.I saw the Romford road boots is closed.there’s no more this store.☹️
