Chain store chemist what do you expect the staff are very good seem to know just about everyone on first name basis always very cheerful too considering most of the customers seem to be old and sick
It's actually attached to the end of the doctors surgery so you don't have far to walk with your prescription

MOVE TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY they are very slow and incompetent
Definitely NOT what you need for your life depending medication!

Over the last few years I've had to collect prescriptions from Superdrug Pharmacy and only once has this been a simple and easy task. Top of the list is being told to return in half an hour because it hasn't been done or not on the system even though its a repeat and the person I am collecting for has run out.
Second on the list (3-4 times) is being told they are on lunch and when you return half an hour later there are three people. Why do they all have to go on break together?

But my last and final they gave the WRONG MEDICATION!
Unfortunately it was the weekend and this happened to be a life depending drug which obviously caused problems. When I returned on Monday, (I was told to come back in half an hour) but when I came back there was no apology but instead I was told I had to pay for the new prescription!
Okay, I understand mistakes can be made but its the lies that I had to deal with that became infuriating. Some of which were:
They blamed the doctor even though this was a repeat
I was told I had to check before I left which you can't as it is sealed and not my medication (its illegal like opening someone else's mail) besides I pick this same prescription up every two months why should I need to check to see if they have done their job properly! This isn't a can of beans which turned out to be tomatoes these are pharmaceutical drugs!

Anyway I also go to both Boots and Lloyd's. So out of the two I will recommend Lloyd's because the staff more friendly, the waiting times are less and I've never had any problems there.

People visiting your site are in a need of medicine.
They do not need your offensive and arrogant behaviour. GOOD MORNING. Repeat these 2 words untill you learn how to pronounce it.
People do not need to listen to your singing while dragging your feet and letting customers waiting for half an hour to get their prescription.
Also you are a chemistry employee, not the Pope.
Behave according to your wage.
It is not the first time that me and my wife have this kind of treatment.

Very helpful pharmacy manager showed me how to order repeat prescriptions through the app. Very nice friendly shop team as well. I will keep using this chemist
