Superdrug

I had the most horrific experience in this shop today. One of the superdrug staff was very rude, very unkind and literally embarrassed me. She should never be employed at Superdrug. When I asked this staff for a makeup product I didn’t see on the shelves she answered “if you don’t see it’s not there” then walked away.

Afterwards, on my way to pay for the products I had chosen, she approached me eventhough she was heavily pregnant to accused me of using the tester products and not having any money pay. I was shocked at her behaviour and never thought anyone should ever speak to their customers in this way. I was embarrassed so I demanded for her manager from another staff and the manager wasn’t available but the supervisor that was available told me he only just started working there and didn’t want to get involve. This lady literally followed me to the till but was hoovering around me even whilst I was paying for my products. Luckily, the other staff at till was so pleasant to me but seems they were all afraid of the sharp tongue bad staff. I still bought my products because I needed them but next time I will go to another shop. Brixton Superdrug is a very unfriendly place to shop, am never going back there.

Nice items and generally reasonable prices. However some of their labels are really confusing - identical labels showed 2 different prices for a product. Staff assured me the lower price was correct but I was charged the higher one at the till. Didn't realise this until I'd gone home so I had to bring the item back for a refund. Superdrug need to sort this out!!!

Good store. Never had a problem with finding what I need or with the staff. The pharmacy staff are also so helpful. If I am in Brixton highstreet I always stop in.

You guys are liers. You are advertised as closing at 9pm. I got there at 8:30pm. Disgusting that you would lie to customers like this. Another 3 customer tried to go in at the same time too. You guys are a disgrace!

Good prices and staff can be helpful. Mind you the young lady behind the counter didn't bother to thank me for my purchase. I wonder why. Apart from that all was good.

The layout of the store, enabled to find what I needed quickly. Very friendly staff.

Teodros Testaye who works in Supersrug Brixton's pharmacy has been extremely helpful in every way. He is attentive, always follows up in requests and is very friendly, thorough and efficient.

Always has a nice range of products, face creams, deodorants, shower gels, wax/creams to remove, hair from legs etc and really lovely range of perfumes.
