The cashier(Famiya) who served me tonight was very rude and unprofessional at 21.24 in Marble Arch. She was talking on her ear phone when serving me and throw my products on the counter. More customer service training is required. I would not have even 1 star for service.

It is the store of everything I need. All personal care are available at affordable prices. Staff are nice and helpful. The beauty salon at the back of the store is just awesome. The eyebrow threading is just perfect and at affordable price. Thank you.

Although it was slightly busy the staff are ready to help and approached me first. They are knowledgeable in the location of the stores stock. I have a loyalty card I used twice. Good store.

Went into this store to do some shopping. The cashiers are all lovely but I witnessed the manager Mo being extremely rude to the staff. Not the way any employee should be treated in their place of work. Disappointing representation of Superdrug.

I bought 2 perfumes from the perfume shop in Superdrug's. The guy at the till was dismissive, careless and did not put any effort in trying to make a sale. Instead he attended to customers who came after me. I then purchased two perfumes and asked him to gift wrap them. He again carelessly packed one perfume which was scruffily wrapped as though it was wrapped by a child! I just didnt bother to question him. What rubbish customer service. Really regretted purchasing from that store. Its nice to purchase something where the atmosphere and customer service is nice.

This is a fairly big shop, it was very clean, neat, well organised, they didn't have some products, like my favourite make up, but I understand it's the current situation and imported goods. Staff is attentive, but there were only 2 girls in the till, and the queue was building up because they are trying to help with enquires of the customer, give advice, sell perfums, sell sim cards, 🙄 . Hopefully the company will have some strategy in the future to ease all the work the girls do in the till and make the queues go faster.They have a brow bar which is very nice.

Had a fantastic experience here on Monday after having a terrible one in Queensway by Mo the Superdrug team leader. It’s not the first time Mo has shown terrible costumer serve, I’m surprised he got a job there when he doesn’t look at any of the costumers, the amount of theft I’ve seen there in Queensway isn’t surprising, my dad and sister is going to phone a complaint to Queensway and their headquarters about Mo but it’s difficult to find the headquarters phone number, and Queensway landline isn’t working.
