Superdrug

Asked for an item to be put to one side went to collect it, sold it to someone else. Not the type of shop I want to frequent.

Extremely rude and sour faced young assistant pharmacist. Not impressed

Good prices. Usually have what I need and can't find elsewhere

The music is so loud that I had to shout my mother's symptoms to both the pharmacist and the rest of the shop. I'm only 41, and my hearing is fine. For someone who is hard of hearing, it would be nigh on impossible to have private conversation. Very unprofessional- it's a pharmacy, not a pub.

The corner area of this store for covid vaccinations is very well signed and safe.

I get all my medication here...I've used pretty much all the other chemists in Sittingbourne, but definitely found these people to be the best! Staff here always polite, organised and fast..

Went to superdrug to attend my covid jab appointment.
The staff were very polite & chatty.
Plenty of safety barriers in place to protect public & staff.
Always liked superdrug & the variety of available stock, especially around Christmas.
