I was waiting to pay for my item but no one was serving, there were 1 lady busy at the till and others were just walking around. When I asked about hairspray that I’m going to use it for kid the lady looked so fed up with her job, saying everything is same. Horrible customer service.

They sell some Hayever wipes, which really works. When outside I can use the wipes to clear away the pollen which affects my eyes more than my nose.

I talked to their manager and said that your staff do not treat customers well, and I think that they used to pick up stuff from shops themselves, that's why they see everyone as themselves..

I love superdrug! They do really good deals all the time! Especially when you have their store card! Even if you don't, they have massive reductions on perfumes and other things! I go for the perfumes because I like to smell nice! I strongly recommend you go to superdrug!

Awful store, rude staff, including that of the “Assistant Manager”, empty shelves, hardly any stock and very dirty looking. The guys handing out the baskets just stand there gawping and make you feel uncomfortable.
