Superdrug

Good products, horrible staff. They are very disrespectful of young children in uniform, judging them before they can even step into the store. They only allow three schoolchildren on the property at once, so I had to wait outside for fifteen minutes. They also like to follow children around the store “in case they don’t steal” making the store a very uncomfortable environment to shop in. Not good enough. Their policies on children need to change.

This morning I went to get supplements to my friend from Holland barrett but the item was out of stock so I went superdrug . The supplement was just by the pharmacy till so I went the to be served, no one was waiting. So the the lady told me to go to the tills in the front with a long queue to be served. I was in shock I asked her again and refused again. I was speechless. I wouldn't go to them if I found it in Holland Barret with excellent customer service. The cushers are the worst specially the women's.

People stick buying from boots and Holland Barrett.
Superdrug do not deserve your money.

Awful

I went into superdrug the other day and a wonderful staff member bushra made my trip a very pleasant one. Had a smile on her face and was really friendly.
However one member of staff Ameet, I believe was the name, was extremely rude and blunt. Don't know what was wrong with him but definitely not how one should speak to their customers.

I went there on Monday 4th March in the afternoon, I was looking for some beauty product and I have to say that only Natalia was able to really help me. She was fabulous recommending me different products that I ended up buying. She is a really good seller. She went above and beyond to really help me choosing between different brands. We need more professional people like her.

I went to Superdrug Walthamstow today for my flu jab. The staff in the pharmacy were exceptionally patient and polite, particularly the pharmacy manager Sara who made me feel comfortable and took time to go through everything with me. Thank you for this positive visit and service provided.

Not sure who interviews and hires all these people. Staff need a good training. Plus they look forced and terrified to get you to make a last second purchase of tissues and footmasks. I was mislead at the till into getting something that was "for free" when, in fact, I was deducted the points from my loyalty card without being made aware of. Unprofessional.

This is not a reflection of Superdrug per se, I like the range of things in they sell as a chain store, but this particular branch in The Mall Walthamstow leaves a lot to be desired.

Security guard / store greeting lady eyed me like I was a shoplifter as soon as I walked in while discussing racial "profiling" out loud to her colleague. Though I think she has a problem with that herself so I just diagnosed this as a case of transference.

There were a lot of staff (about 7) milling around when I was waiting at the empty checkouts, I had to point out that I was ready to be served.

The checkout lady scanned (perhaps neglectfully) the most expensive item twice it was Hycosan Extra Eye Drops at £11.99, unfortunately I didn't have my glasses so I could really see, but I reckoned that my shopping couldn't have come to the £57 plus that I paid as most of the other items were all on offer (on the receipt it said £11.97 total discounts) therefore I lost all the benefits of the offers.

Very disappointed with the staff at this branch.

The shop is very packed with so many things you may want to buy. I think they need a bit of more space to have their items displayed. Good store and the staff are helpful
