Friendly staff, helpful pharmacy team. The pharmacy does close for the lunch hour, but it is open during the morning and afternoon.
Great offers in store, Plenty of choice on various health and beauty products.
They have an excellent range of make up, and a small range of aftershave and perfume.
There is a bit of everything here, so anything health and beauty relates you can pick up here at a great cost!
The shop is always clean and tidy and the shelves always are well stocked.

Friendly staff and very good pharmacy. I went in not long before close as I had ran out of medicine and had spent hours trying to sort out a missing prescription. They made it up for me there and then. Always get my prescription sent straight here electronically. Always made up ready within 48 hours of putting in prescription request. Very handy.

Absolute horrendous service from here, walked in to get a prescription which I get every month, only to be told without so much as a greeting "we're closed" just like that. when I asked why, I got sassed with "because we're short staffed"

Who's responsible for staff shortages? Who's responsible for delays? Not the customer.
Not to mention the manager having an attitude asking me aggressively if she can help me and if I want to step outside - that is not customer service and that is certainly not how you treat people who are on chronic medication for mental health conditions and more.

This is not the first time that its been shut early either, it is a constant problem, there is a recurring pattern here. And management is sub par at best. Telling me to go get my medication from another pharmacy from now on.

They were completely unwilling to help anyone before me in the que also. There was an elderly gentleman who needed help and they literally said "well there's nothing we can do for you, best go to Lloyd's" even though the old man was referred to superdrug. By far the worst experience I've had coming to this pharmacy and it's not the first bad experience either.

Both management and staff need training. What kind of manager gets aggressive with customers? I'll be escalating this as per consumer rights.

The staff at the store are utterly rude and unhelpful. They had my Prescription but claimed they couldn't find it. Just shrugged shoulder and talked over me. When I asked to complain, the manager covered her name badge and told me I'm banned for wanting to complaint.
