Wow !! Amazing customer service received from the Store Manager Cameron on 19/05/22. I purchased a large amount of their own brand of unperfumed hairspray as I'm always running out !! Not wanting to carry them around so soon into my shopping trip, amazing Cameron offered to keep my shopping bags aside to pick up later. Plus he turned into my own personal shopper for me with things I needed with superb free gifts included. Cameron made my day so unique with his amazing helpful ways topped with a big smile because good customer service mattered to him. Thank you Cameron - you are a great asset to Superdrug !!!

A few days ago I wanted to buy perfume but I had many types I liked and I wasn't sure entirely which one to pick. I asked staff to recommend me something and Renu was very helpful, she picked a completely different perfume but I love it and now it's my favourite one so I would like to thank Renu very much.

I normally like going superdrug, but Northampton I found today was awful. The person on the till had no customer skills whatsoever. Didn't smile or say hello she spoke to someone through a headset. Didn't ask me whether I had a beauty card- told me to wait while she spoke again through headset. I then repeated I want to use my beauty card. Then I got I'm tired and it's end of week. Im sorry but that's not good, I won't be returning as the prices have shot up. There was one lady who helped me with a question I had and she couldn't help me enough. Needs to be training on the tills great people with a smile it really doesn't hurt, that can cause people go elsewhere

Superdrug Pharmacy - I collect a repeat prescription for my dog every 3 months from here and considering the sheer volume/constant high demand from customers, the staff (especially Malka) are extremely professionally and always put on a smile. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas!
