Superdrug

One of my favourite Superdrug stores. Staff there is always so helpful and nice. Good level of stocks and overall very tidy.

Absolutely useless. Gave in a prescription slip and they said they’d order it for next day, I came in a week later and they said they didn’t have me on record. I now have to ask them to call my doctor for another slip but they do not answer the phones so I am without medication…

Avoid at all costs!!

4 people behind the prescription counter. Lost my prescription… twice . just when you think it’s a one off. It happened to the gentleman before me also.
40mins waiting.
Avoid this place.

Always go to the Norbury branch to get my medication and other items.

The manager/ supervisor Farooq and the staff are extremely helpful and willing to help you shop and get the right products. The shop is clean, tidy and very convenient. I can really see the hard work that gets put into the store which makes my experience better. This Norbury branch is the place to go for advice and piece of mind. I find this branch full of deals and savings. Please keep the good work up!!!!

If i could would put zero stars, as labels are placed offten incorrectly and managment team is very rude

Love the shop, pharmacy is a nightmare , supposed to have my medication delivered. Last time after a week of waiting I rang them to be told noones bringing it because they are unwell. I asked why they hadn't contacted people waiting on medication as some could be vulnerable etc. Was basically told to go get it . So I thought let's see how this prescription goes. They e had it a week , 2 delivery days have passed and no prescription. Again. Tried ringing throughout today and the only time the phone was picked up wasso they could hang up straight away.dont recommend then at all

Superdrug Norbury is a great place to shop for toiletries and hair products.

Absolutely rude staff. I have never met such a rude member of staff on the till in any store. A foundation broke accidentally and he’s talking about how he lost his business. I have reported to Superdrug’s head quarters and did pay for the broken foundation. The way he dealt with me was not asked for.
