Oblivious for us waiting , someone else got served before us whilst we were waiting saying that it’s a prescription customer and they have priority ... pathetic always waiting around ...

We were very disappointed when you closed our local Boots which was across the road from our doctors, Central Surgery. They were always so helpful. And during these Covid times the shop felt safe

The Boots that remains open is the exact opposite. On the the two occasions we have needed to phone the pharmacy the person answering the phone had no politeness whatsoever! When my husband collected his prescription the wait was extreme despite having had rung and having received a text to say it was ready

Also when I rang to enquire about the flu jab I was abruptly told we aren’t taking any more bookings

We look forward to seeing a vast improvement in the way they speak to customers both in store and over the phone

Answering the phone with “yes” is not acceptable
