Superdrug

The store is laid out nicely and is neat and tidy. But the customer service is not very good. There was a girl on the till talking to her friend which is not very professional! a few of us were waiting in the queue. She still decided to talk to her friend and when she finally decided to served me she didn’t make conversation or apologised So not good at all.

Nice and neat shop. Nice displays. The staff sometimes are nice, sometimes are miserable. They have displays about the student discount but when I asked them about it, they said that they didn't do that. How come?
Another annoying thing is that they keep serving customers at the till next to the window - the perfume section. But they have customers queueing on the other side of the shop where the main tills are... So while some customers are waiting, other customers go ahead to the till next to the window and get served first. It's so confusing for customers. Please, use the main tills and leave the ones at the perfume section, just for perfume. Don't make life difficult, it's so simple, don't get customers confused.

Got my daughters ears Pierced in store, my daughter was very excited then soon realised she was a little scared. The staff were amazing and really supported my daughter on getting through it.

Came here last December and they did a hideous job of dying my eyelashes and eyebrows and got dye in my eyes which made them sting. honestly the end result looked awful! I do much better when i dye my brows at home and its nuch cheaper. The beautician was smirking when i had to pay. never getting my eyebrows dyed at superdrug again!

Has pretty much everything you need. Really big and always has a bargain and don't forget to being your NHS card for your 10% discount.

In Superdrug yesterday the staff on the shop floor were helpful but when I went to pay the assistant didn't look up, say hello or thank you - in fact no words exchanged between us at all. She didn't even give me eye contact and I thought this was rude. If I were giving stars for her service she would be lucky to get one, I only put 3 because the other assistant to spoke to me was polite and helpful
