Superdrug

The layout of the shop in long aisles makes it very hard to walk through, especially when it is busy or you are carrying shopping bags as you constantly have to squeeze past people and you can't spend time properly browsing or deciding what to buy without holding up the queue behind you. That being said the aisles were clearly labelled so I found what I needed quickly and there was no queue at the till even though the shop was busy

I went into buy a nail top coat then noticed the nail bar! I had my nails filed and polished by the very knowledgeable Ella who could also tell me about the cruelty free ranges in the store. My nails look amazing and I’ll will definitely go back.

Good had Woman perfume available discounted to £22 and further discount to £17.70. Good service.

Staffs are not friendly , whenever asked for info, they always replied blantly, not interested in customers

Staff at check out don’t even greet or smile when serving members. It was 13:00 on Sunday and the store opened around 2 hours ago and the staff looks tired and unhelpful .

Well stocked store with alot of products more than smaller superdrug stores, aisles are narrow in there, not a problem for me but could be for people with prams/pushchairs and wheelchair users. Staff on checkouts not overly friendly, staff on shop floor having personal conversations. Didn't bother me, but what did was being glared at by staff and then asked if I wanted a basket (I worked in retail before, including at superdrug 😂, so I know this is what they do when they think you're attempting to steal as a detterant). Could hear them discussing this over their headsets to tell the cashier to make sure I paid for all my items. I get that theft prevention is part of their jobs, but treating me like that wasn't cool

Store well laid out, a good range of products at reasonable prices

Like superdrugs generally. On Saturday, had a browse at nail polishes. Had 3 sales assistants on standby who thought I was going to steal? No thanks, stick to Boots in future. Security obviously giving out troublesome information to sales assistants. No nail polish is worth this aggravation.
Bought what i needed. Never coming back! Nothing super about this shopping experience.
