Lots of products to choose from, low prices. Got what I went in for. The shop was good and they have a website you can order from.

Lovely lady called Karen helped me today with a couple of queries. Very personable and helpful! I have always received great customer service from the ladies in this store. They are helpful, personable and nice to talk to. They are a credit to your company!

Staff in here so friendly compared to the other high street pharmacy up the hill

Last week they were unable to give all medication on my prescription as out of stock. Gave me an IOU for outstanding item, went in especially today to pick up item….No Pharmacist ! An absolute joke, wasted journey, and I’ll need to go back again!

Popped in again to our local Superdrug in Stroud (Gloucestershire) today!
They are always so nice and friendly in there, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Can’t recommend them enough, thanks girls 💕

If you rely on this place ordering repeat meds, DONT. LYING, USELESS DANGEROUS AND ARROGANT.
Update, 25th October. Pharmacy closed. No text or call as promised to tell me when meds ready. Waited for message, in town, getting cold, nothing. Went to shop at 2.30 to find it shut. Another 2 hours waiting at another pharmacy who didn't have what Superdrug should have given me today. No apology, just RUDENESS and bullying by Superdrug manager. Result:massively increased pain and fatigue, stress and distress. Dangerous situation without medically important tablets. An absolute disgrace.
