Purchased a product whilst in the store for something else, because it was marked at a reduced price of £2.72 so I bought it. Only got home to see it was on the receipt as £5. Called in with the receipt a few days later to ask for a refund of the overcharge to find they've put the price up to £5.49 now and wouldn't give a refund. Their solution was for me to make another trip to town to return the item for a full refund. All, for £2.28! Poor customer service and they wonder why people are buying more online.

Good products and offers went to this store because they were nicer than in Worksop or so I thought but this visit was hurrendous, had so much hassle and the staff were far from polite.

Nipped in for a present for a friend's birthday. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helped me pick out a little something for my friend and also showed me the latest deals. Ended up buying a little gift for myself too.

Stay clear - Company has no appreciation of brand loyalty. Have been using their loyalty card for years accumulating points, mainly online ,not living in town.. Been having problems with missing points/ not being accredited.
Suddenly the card is discovered as deactivated by themselves . They won't say for how long , why or how this occurred.
After a few weeks of daily contact via "Live chat " (!!!) .. undelivered promises, unaccountability & continual lack of efficiency & competency ,Having to screenshot chats to have proof of contact etc ( 'Live chat - not a good customer contact method), & driving into town to visit shop to get new card , reactivating, swapping lead card etc & generally faffing about ... I've eventually nearly returned my account to where it was before this all started.
Been offered 400 points(£4 !!!) As a goodwill gesture,.. I say offered ,I had to mention that I've been driving in & out of town & spending many hours& whole days on the "live chat" with them for any kind of consideration. Still,they could have just continued to ignore it, I suppose.

Go elsewhere if the price isn't a lot better than what you can get anywhere else.
Staff in-store helpful & friendly.

You get what you pay for,I guess..

Disappointed ,now embittered customer.
One star because I can't give nil.

Ordered items online. One wasnt sent but i was charged. I messaged via fb as theres no email and they wont deal with me as my user name, like millions of others, isnt my order name. It takes DAYS to get a reply to a message and the email address i was given got me no reply.
AWFUL customer service. Truly.

The worst Web site ever. Product not delivered promises of re delivery and finally promise of refund, not happened. Avoid this company if you want good customer relations and on time delivery. Really, really shocking.. Never ever will use them again.
