The best beauty clinic in Norwich! My favourite place ever, I really recommend- amazing prices and 10/10 service always. Lauren, Chloe and Katherine are all so welcoming and make you feel at home as soon as you step in. I’ve been having laser hair removal with Lauren, and I saw results after the first session, the hairs got so much thinner and lighter and I no longer have to shave/wax constantly. Have no hair left now! Before starting, Lauren gave me all the information I needed to know and made sure I was 100% comfortable before encouraging me to book in. Every session (had 8 in total on the face), I felt so happy and comfortable, and the slight pain was definitely bearable and worth the amazing results. Some other beauty clinics only care about money and here, they genuinely only care about your well-being and have proper knowledge on all the treatments. I also had 2 discounted fat freezing sessions with Chloe and Katherine and I loved it, they’re both so caring and knowledgable.

Lauren and the team always follow up to make sure you’re ok with aftercare and always encourage you to contact them if there are any problems. The place is always clean and beautiful, so hygienic and it’s clear everyone who works here has a true passion for their job and making their customers feel welcome. Will definitely be back soon. I have just completed my course of laser hair removal with Lauren and it’s been life changing! I started noticing a difference straight after the 1st session, my hairs were thinner and growing slower and after 7 sessions I hardly have any hair around my lip and my chin area, it’s even helped with my spots.

Lauren and Chloe are super friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. They both go above and beyond every step of the way and make the experience personal to you. It’s so lovely to walk through the door and be treated as a friend and not a customer.

Enquiring about laser hair removal can sometimes feel really embarrassing but Lauren was so kind and informative. My favourite part of the appointment is looking back at my before photos and seeing how much the treatment has worked.

I have just finished my course of laser hair removal sessions and it was the best decision I have made for myself. Firstly and most important, all my hair has gone. Both Lauren and Chloe have made me feel so comfortable throughout all my sessions and show genuine care for you during your visits. Lauren clearly has a wealth of knowledge and passion for her craft.

I had my skin consultation at the Norwich Skin and Body Clinic with a lovely lady called Lauren. She went through everything with me and followed it all up with a really helpful email, so that I could refer back to everything we discussed. The place had a really nice, calm and relaxed atmosphere and I'm excited to have my first facial with them in a few weeks! :)

Lauren and Chloe are both lovely and very helpful. Chloe has been treating me for laser hair removal on my legs and not only is she a very friendly person who’s also very informative but I’ve had fantastic results from the treatment. Would highly recommend!

I have since been back for my first laser treatment and am so pleased. I can’t wait to have my second treatment and have asked my husband for vouchers for Christmas so I can see what else they offer. The best thing about this clinic is it’s very relaxed. I am normally quite anxious going to places like this but just didn’t feel that at all.

All of the staff have been so kind and friendly and have done their best to make me comfortable.
Lauren especially has been amazingly considerate and really made me feel at ease.
This is a trans friendly space so if you're a transfem looking for laser treatments in Norwich I highly recommend.
