Boots

Time sensitive prescriptions never ready when needed, despite asking for them a few days before they’re due on multiple occasions. No point phoning to check either, as the phone is never answered and just rings out. Not good service at all.

Boots chemist was very unhelpful, didn't have the antibiotics that I needed in stock,reassured me that she would order them for the next day.went there the next day ,and the chemist from the day before didn't place the order.
Very frustrating, because I should have learn from the last time this happened.
Staff very lax a daisy in the chemist part of the store.

Like Boots, however they can be a little pricey. Even with a No7 £5 voucher you don't really save a lot, plus sometimes buying just to use the voucher opposed to actually needing it!!!!

Great Boots store in Merthyr retail park. However, I would love to see a wider range of make-up brands sold there.

Nice store with plenty of space to browse and you can collect points for future discounts, if a Boots Clubcard holder.

One queue for proscriptions and over the counter medicine really doesn’t work. I queued for 30 mins to buy something. Absolute joke.

Only popped in to get a drink and crisps for my little girl. It was oka nothing special

Useless customer service, utter chaos at the tills……the manager of this mess needs to be replaced!!!
