Meant to close at 17:30 on Christmas Eve, staff closed the doors at 1700 and not letting people in and quiet rude when enquired that the website this branch should b closing 17:30

I booked an appointment to have my ears pierced, on the day of the appointment the girl called me to say she had only just come back to work after having covid and she didn't want to be that close to anyone. You either still have covid or you don't and I certainly didn't have it! Awful customer service.

Have never had a problem with staff as some reviews have stated but my dad has. He was shopping with me and as a 56 year old man he isnt that interested in make-up, because I walked ahead of him and he slowly followed he started being watched by members of staff and they even called security to ask what he was doing!!! Couldn't believe it because we both had been in this shop 10x before!!! The place is clean and good space but I'm giving it 3 stars because I think its absolutely disgusting that customers rip open brand new make-up products such as lipstick, eyeshadow and mascara, test it on their lips and eyes and if they dont like it they just throw it back...and that is with COVID too!! Management up in the high places seriously need to sort their policies out 🤮🤮

This store always has new and up to date Revolution make-up for my mum also which is fantastic
