I visited Milena back in July 2021, I knew I was suffering from Candida, bloated stomach, pain etc. and no weight loss for the past 5 years, despite little sugar within my diet. Milena tested for for my allergies and they were all spot on.

I started eliminating all foods that were contributing to my bloating and upset stomach symptoms.
I also received a detailed plan of various capsules to combat Candida and Vitamins that I was lacking.

This was better well managed with 6 weekly calls showing my progress and discussing next steps, it was very professionally managed throughout and Milena’s motivation was exceptional.
