Vivona Earcare Croydon: Earwax Removal Clinic

My ear was completely blocked with wax that had built up over a few years. I tried to book my previous ear clinic in Harley Steet but they did not offer weekend appointments. I found Vivona online with same day appointments on a Saturday which was amazing. Easy to get to and a very professional set up, I was quickly put at ease. Everything was explained with clear camera visuals. The treatment was quick and painless and I was very comfortable at all times. I will definately be using Vivona for future visits and highly recommend.

Visited centre just over a year ago in June 2021 and went back in August 2022, both occasions were a very very a successful, welcoming and informative experience. Jennifer abd her team put clients at ease ( i had double booking with my partner on the August visit ) and it was seamless paid for 2hrs parking and Jennifer completed jobs in 1hr no stress no fuss.

I was a little apprehensive about the treatment and what could possibly lie head. I was made to feel very comfortable and my mind was set at ease.
So sorry I forgotten the ladies name who treated me but she was very welcoming and polite very kind natured and I felt confident in her hands.

There was no discomfort with the treatment at all and in a matter of a few minutes I was finished.

They also email you the pictures of your ear and show you the results.

Wonderful service. The specialist took time to explain everything in detail. She was helpful, polite, professional and most importantly gentle. Had both ears fully cleaned and now I can hear a pin drop…a mile away. The office is clean and location good. In ear camera service is fascinating. Well priced and I will most certainly be using them again. Stop using ear buds to clean and go here instead. Job done.

Our 10 year old daughter had ear wax removal with Vivona Croydon today. She was very nervous but they were so kind and caring that they put her at ease immediately. The service was efficient and informative. We would highly recommend using Vivona. We would definitely use them again.

Such amazing care and help when I was at the end of my tether! I had seen the doctors about my ears, advised to put oil & go back. I was suffering and could hardly hear after a week of ear drops. I called again but told to continue for another week. At this point I was practically “deaf” in both ears which was miserable, uncomfortable and unmanageable. Thankfully a friend recommended Vivona to me, I called and got an appointment same day! The level of care, cleanliness and help was another level and after 30mins, ears were unblocked with gentle air suction and I could hear again!!! You will never know the feeling of that unless you have been through it and I can not thank them enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
