Mr Ali Taghi, ENT, Consultant Ear Nose And throat surgeon

I've just recently had a rhinoplasty procedure carried out by Mr Taghi. I've been unhappy with my nose for as long as I can remember. My nose was long, uneven and bulbous, not a great combination. I've researched into having my nose re shaped on and off over the years, but never felt comfortable with any of the surgeons I met. I first had a consultation with Mr Taghi in April and immediately felt at ease with him. He was exceptionally professional, polite and courteous. He took his time to explain the procedure, what to expect, what could be achieved. I've felt rushed by other surgeons in the past, but Mr Taghi took his time, asked if I had any questions or needed anything explained again or in further detail. It was obvious to me straight away that his knowledge and expertise were absolutely outstanding. Mr Taghi told me not to make any decisions and to take my time to decide if I wanted to go ahead. I knew from this first consultation that I would definitely be going ahead with the procedure and that I had finally found the surgeon I had been looking for. I then went onto having a second consultation, which was just as informative and relaxed as the first. I then booked a date for my procedure. I am absolutely over the moon with my new nose!! Its better than I could ever have imagined. I finally have a neat, straight nose that I am no longer conscious of. Mr Taghi is an exceptional surgeon and one I would confidently recommend. His professional, polite and caring manner is superb. I wasn't even nervous leading up to the procedure and even on the day, I was just excited as I knew I had found a great surgeon. Aftercare has been fantastic as well. I saw Mr Taghi a few days ago to have the cast removed, I have another check up appointment booked for September and was told that If I'm worried about anything or not sure of any aspects of the healing process, to contact him straight away. I could not be happier and I am so glad that I went ahead with Mr Taghi, as I have at last got the nose I always wished I had.

My toddler began to have abnormal breathing and snoring (later confirmed as severe obstructive sleep apnea) after contracting covid. We were referred to Mr. Taghi who handled her case with extreme care. First, he asked for the situation to be observed for 4 to 6 weeks post covid to see if it would improve. On our follow up consultation, after observing her breathing, he requested a sleep study which indeed confirmed his earlier diagnosis of severe obstructive sleep apnea.

Following a tonsilloctomy and adenoidoctomy, we spent 24 hours in the hospital where my daughter was monitored closely. A week on from the surgery, the quality of my daughter's sleep has remarkably improved! The snoring is gone, she sleeps evenly and her mood during the day is also great! She just seems so alive and I am so happy for her and appreciative of the quality of care we received from Mr. Taghi and team. Mr. Taghi definitely comes highly recommended.

Mr Taghi performed my tonsilectomy. The operation, normally routine, was complicated by my medical history. The quality of his surgery was clear and evidenced by my excellent recovery. Throughout he was calm, polite, honest and considerate. If I had other tonsils I'd happily have him take them out.

I was extremely nervous about the entire procedure and after math. However Dr Ali and his team did such an amazing job, giving the best patient care and after care you could ask for. Honestly it was such an experience having an understanding and welcoming doctor. Especially with him having Dr Stephanie was always reassuring and calming. She really made sure I was okay through and through. Could not have asked for a better team. Thank you Dr A and S for being so patient with me and supportive.

Very pleased with my surgery by Mr Taghi. I love the shape of my nose, and my breathing has improved significantly. Mr Taghi has always been very kind, approachable, and explained my procedure to me in detail. Photos were shown to me of what I would look like after surgery and have to say it looks better than the photos. Very happy.

I went to visit Dr.Taghi because my entire life I was dependent on nasal spray.
He investigated the issue and referred me to a CT scan, that showed abnormalities on my septum.
One month ago I had my Septoplasty & Fess surgery. Dr.Taghi and his team were wonderful, they made me feel very comfortable and they were very kind and caring.
We still have follow ups, and I already feel so much better! I don’t need to use the nasal spray anymore and I can sleep the entire night without struggling to breathe.
I am really happy with the results.
