It has been a life changing experience to receive treatment from John Boulderstone. I feel that I have been given the key to understanding my problems through consultation and technique. It works.

After exhausting conventional medicine, I came here out of desperation and shortly became the most reluctant of converts. It is ineffable but it works.

I have battled with hay fever most of my life. On and off, some years mild and some years completely stopping my ability to engage in life for several months of the year. After trying many many options both conventional and holistic I went to Katharine a few years ago and after a few sessions I haven't been affected even slightly. I live in the alps surrounded by a plethora of pollens and not a hint of allergy. I highly recommend it and strongly suggest you trust in the process and technique. It's a very small price to pay. I know find myself grateful on a daily basis not to experience hay fever symptoms.

I have been suffering huge anxiety and panic attacks since coming out of an abusive relationship. I was lucky enough to stumbled across In The Clear when looking for support. Adele was kind enough to see me in Earls Court today after only contacting her on Monday. Adele is a beautiful gently soul. I instantly felt safe with her. When she started working on me she was able to sense when issues were arising and gently guided me through it. Amazingly I was able to clear blocked emotions from the past that were also affecting my present reactions to the abusive relationship. It’s so difficult to describe…but with Adele’s intuition and incredible abilities I was able to clear the deep routed emotional guilt, fear, anger and pain associated with those past traumas. I no longer looked at those situations with guilt, anger and pain but instead I was able to look at them with calm and ease….in fact I would even say with love!!!! In turn I was then able to release the emotional trauma from the relationship and look at it with indifference rather than terror. I will obviously update in a couple of weeks and I will continue to see Adele for other issues that may arise. I cannot recommend Adele and this wonderful method enough…..Thank you so much Adele.

Not scientificly based. I can't decide whether she genuinely believes in her woo woo magic or if she's just a rather seemingly pleasant con artist, using the power of suggestion similar to Derren Brown.
If you're extremely open, agreeable and a touch naive, this may work for you!

Either way, she was only able to identify my lactose intolerance because I told her...She miss diagnosed my allergies to both pollen and cats. I've owned cats for nearly 30 years but with her help, I can overcome my allergy towards them!

Please, don't waste your money.

Had 4 sessions to help sort out my hayfever (mostly grass pollen). Quite open minded about the whole process but can safely say now 2 years on it has made no difference.
