Fantastic team of trainers. I initially joined to prepare myself for my first marathon. Unfortunately, I've experienced some running related injuries since and the guys have been fantastic in terms of rehab. Hasson and Joe -- have both been fantastic! Super professional, talented and enthusiastic coaches. If you're looking for a place to train, London Fit Club is your place.

Great coaches and fantastic gym! They keep track of your progress and keep you motivated! I have joined the gym 5 months ago and I can really see my progress. They are always very positive, professional and fun. I always finish my training session happy! They also gave me great recommendations with the food! They do provide meals to help you and it is delicious and healthy!I highly recommend the London Fit Club, they are the best!

Great place to improve your fitness levels offering PT in combination with tailored meal plans to get the best results. The session can be adapted to your needs while they cater for any injuries you might have. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable, offering the best possible advice and motivation to reach your goals. Highly recommended!

I’ve been seeing these guys for a few months now and during this time, I’ve achieved far more than I had in 3 years of regular gym going.

One of the many things I love about this place is their approach to training. Functional mixed and varied workouts focusing on improving strength, stability and mobility that are individually tailored - I’ve never looked so forward to a workout!

The team here are full of knowledge and passionate about what they do. Hassan in particular is a true genius - highly skilled and dedicated fitness professional that’s helped me achieve my goals in such a short time.

Have been a customer of both London Fit Club and Fit Food London for about 8 months and it's been a transformative period in my life. When I recently turned 40 I set myself a goal of staying fit, healthy and active for the next 40 years. The LFC team tailored a personal longevity plan for me which started by recovering my body from every niggle and pain and then increasing my fitness gradually with targeted exercise and nutrition. I feel many years younger now and we're just getting started!

After the pandemic, I realised that I spent almost 2 years not doing much exercise, sitting at my desk for long hours and not eating right - I was horrified each time I was stepping on the scale or looking at myself in the mirror.

In July 2021, I decided to get rid of the bad habits and lose weight - this is how I found LDN Fit Club via a google search. I had a consultation with Hassan to discuss my goals, and he created a bespoke programme for me.

6 months later, I had lost 23kgs following the programme!! Thanks to professionals such as Mike, Hassan and Martin, I am starting to regain my confidence back - they helped me through regular personal training and healthy meals, but also sustaining a healthy lifestyle. Thank you guys for your constant encouragement and motivation!

I have just finished my 3 month transformation with London Fit Club and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight, move more and learn about appropriate nutrition. My results speak for themselves: I lost almost total of 7kg, 10 cm in waist and 11 in hips while I was also able to travel, go out and even occasionally have a snack.

Throughout my journey I was taken care of with the best fitness programme tailored to my needs and capabilities - weight lifting, cardio, machine workout and even boxing.

However the biggest lesson learnt for me was the meal prep which helped me understand my ideal daily intake to stay in shape, and inspired me to continue eating healthily.

Hassan is the best personal trainer to work with - always positive, motivating with great knowledge about how sport, food and physio all play a role in a body transformation. You won’t find anyone like him in a regular gym.

Cannot reccomend the London Fit Club enough. I trained there in preparation for my wedding and throughout my pregnancy. Every single session was tailored to me and how I felt that day, including rehabilitating any aches and pains throughout the session and talking about how I felt mentally. The studio itself is fantastic, no expense spared on the equipment and plenty of room. Sometimes it can be intimating to train somewhere like this but you will soon feel totally comfortable there, Mike and Haz create an environment where everyone is welcome and treated with respect. They aren’t your usual PT’s, their knowledge and experience really sets them apart and it will be the best money you have spent on your health.
