Having been previously fully booked Viney then called as they had a last minute cancelled appointment and were able to fit me in that afternoon! My experience was fantastic, from the very friendly and attentive receptionist to the absolutely lovely Janine who carried out my micro-suction procedure. Janine was very professional, yet friendly and put me At ease as I was very nervous about getting it done. She was patient, calm and empathetic. The clinic itself was pristine and I felt at ease there. Janine spoke through all the options for me to do to prevent future appointments needed and even offered to see me on Friday morning as a favour before I go on holoiday to check up on my ears. I cannot thank her enough for her service and warm-nature!

I visited Viney Hearing Care in Cardiff with my mum and sister today and all three of us are extremely happy with the service we received. Janine was very welcoming, caring, professional and friendly and she did a thorough checkup. She was also very informative and gave us lots of advice which is very appreciated. We did not feel rushed at all and Janine took her time explaining all the details to us and what we need to do next. I would definitely and highly recommend a visit to Viney Hearing Care as the level of service was excellent and especially Janine. My husband has been experiencing problems with the build up of wax so we looked for companies who provide micro-suction services in the Cardiff area and he decided on Viney Hearing Care because it looked like a small family run business which would have a more personal touch. He was so glad that he did because the care and service received couldn't be faulted,everything explained and the procedure was done with such care. We will highly recommend this Practice to everyone and we were so impressed that I've made an appointment to have the same procedure myself

I had a wonderful experience at the Viney Hearing Care Clinic. I had been suffering from a blocked ear for about 2 weeks and contacted them to book an appointment. Rebecca was very welcoming and managed to book me in for the next day even though they were fully booked. I had the micro suction ear wax removal treatment. It was painless, quick and so effective! After two weeks of discomfort I managed to hear again loud and clear. Thank you very much for the amazing professionals of this clinic for the first class treatment I received.

100% the nicest lady ever! I took my daughter in (Sienna). She’s 4 and I didn’t think she would go through with getting her ears unblocked. (I wish I got her name) but the lady was just lovely and made her feel calm and made her laugh.

From the get-go, you are presented with an extremely professional receptionist (Rebeca) who makes you feel welcome and at ease. I was seen by a very kind and professional Audiologist (Ben) who deal with my issue immediately, I left Viney Hearing Care Ltd a new man, and for this I’m very grateful, I recommend this company to anyone in and around the Cardiff area.

I have been attending regularly over the last 2 years. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is warm and comfortable. The staff are very efficient and take the time to explain what they are doing. Would highly recommend to anyone.
