Lucky to have this facility on my doorstep. Its great to see so many fantastic services and the people that offer them all in one place. Wintern House is usually my first port of call when anything feels off in my body. This is usually muscle and joint related aches or injury. Bethan and the team have been fantastic getting me through a recent prolapsed disc. Cant fault their service and support. I highly recommend you treat your body to an MOT with these guys, you won't regret it!

In my experience Beth and her team are all fantastic. The first time I walked in to see Beth I was walking like a duck and almost crying. I walked out, upright and smiling again! Since then, over many years, Beth has helped keep my back and the rest of me in great working order... Despite numerous self sabotage attempts!! It feels like no problem is too big or too small and you're given time, care and attention. I recommend them to everyone!

I had the most wonderful Reiki session with Charlotte at Wintern House. Charlotte was very welcoming and has a lovely calming nature. Reiki is so relaxing, l felt like I'd had an 8 hour sleep afterwards. I'd thoroughly recommend 👍

I first visited Bethan Ousley over seven years ago suffering from severe and chronic lower back pain. The pain relief was immediate. Seven years later I continue to visit Wintern House every four weeks in order to remain pain-free and to help with my mobility ( I have MS and am currently a wheelchair user). I have recently completed a course of treatment with Hiral Shah, I had experienced severe lower back pain on and off for a number of years due to the nature of my work. Following treatment and a series of exercises which Hiral recommended I feel my posture has improved and my back is much better and pain free, I would recommend Wintern to anyone with similar problems

I have been going to Wintern House for around 6 months now to visit the chiropractic team and I have been extremely impressed with the treatments and the team in general. I received a warm welcome when booking my assessment and was able to choose a time and day that suited me. I received a full assessment for my back pain and was given a second appointment to return for the findings and possible treatments. I was informed as to the issues and corrective measures require and then offered the chance to take up a treatment programme. The costs were clear and simple as was the process of booking in. I get regular reminders for my appointments so I don’t miss them, the reception team are extremely accommodating if I ever need to move or cancel and the treatment has taken me from daily pain to occasional discomfort over the course of several months. I now get rare discomfort but have kept going monthly as I feel the difference after a treatment. Highly recommend the team for their drivers and skill as well as their kind and welcoming space.
