Nourish of Exeter

Really impressed with Nourish - lots of variety of food items, household products and sustainably produced goods like bamboo toothbrushes and lunch boxes. Staff were fantastic and really happy to show me how it all works and give recommendations. Will definitely be back, and this time armed with more Tupperware!

Wow Nourish is amazing! Reasonably priced, they have a range of products from refillable milk (non dairy as well) and all sorts of dried goods and cleaning products. If you don't have your own containers you can use their paper bags,
donated containers or buy new ones in the shop. It's a brilliant concept, with lovely staff and even better it's 10% off for NHS or students. What's not to like?

A lovely shop with pretty much everything you could possibly want. You can use either their paper bags or bring your own jars, it's perfect. The staff are very friendly and polite as well, the idea of you weighing and measuring out what you want yourself is ideal, you can just take your time and do it at your own pace or ask for help if stuck!

A fantastic zero waste food store much closer to home! Extremely recommended to everyone especially those who are wanting to reduce their waste or are on the journey of being zero waste.

The perfect shop for anyone looking to cut down on their use of plastic. Take in any old containers and fill them with all sorts of dried and household goods (Pasta, rice, beans, grains, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, toiletries).

They also have a variety of eco friendly products to help you live a more sustainable lifestyle.

A great addition to the Magdalen Road, you can now do your entire grocery shop on this street and support local businesses.

One of my favourite shops in Exeter. They never grow tired of my questions 'Where does this come from?' ' Has this got palm oil in it?'. The only shop in Exeter I can buy packaging free noodles, I'm always amazed at how much they can fit into such a small space.

Great almost zero waste place. Bring your jars and tupperwares to avoid using any paper bag. In case you do not have any, the shop has some spear. Good variety of spices, grains, flours, powders and seeds. I have seen but not tried the yogurt dispenser. You can also find body care and house care products. It is good fun to help yourself from the big containers and produces labels to scan. It seems like a game! :-) Not overpriced. 10% off students and NHS staff.

I strongly recommend shopping at Nourish and I hope it will become something bigger as it definitely deserves!
