⛔️⛔️⛔️Please take precaution buying in this store.⛔️⛔️⛔️
They sold me natural pills with BEST BEFORE DATE 2016 !🤢🤢🤢 and only offered to maybe get a refund if I go to the store (+/-1 hour away from my location).
First and last chance for them.
I can’t imagine what would happen if I take those nasty pills.

Had stressful day going to this branch....bought my usual supplements Omega 3 & Tumeric. I was introduced to organic Tumeric but could not be explained the difference between besides being “organic”!!
I have to use store credit voucher for over £35 to pay part of my total bill of over £60.....but staff insist it has expired & cannot be use....in spite of the fact there’s a validation on the note that it doesn’t expire!!
I was issued credit note from local branch as Mgr. made a mistake of refunding my online order by ‘store credit’ rather than credit back my card!! They couldn’t find my online order as it was mistakenly sent back to HB online orders!!

Have again experienced poor customer service....after long wait standing with my bad legs & broken arm!
Worst still & so furious that I have to telephone the branch after seeing my receipt that am being charged for something I didn’t have (organic Tumeric) PLUS £2.99 magazine that I don’t need!!!! It’s total rip-off sale!!!

We had a great experience and in particular want to give recognition to staff member Charley. She was kind, curteous and very reassuringly knowledgeable on products sold in store and online. A credit to the company!

The manager was rude, and told the staff to monitor my presence in the store. I am so fed up with this behaviour. I regret spending money here.

Yesterday I came to buy some gym supplements. I found a well-stocked shop. A lot of quality, many products and also many brands on offer. Friendly and qualified staff. I will come often.

I went there today to buy Linseed. The lady who helped me (shaved grey hair) has amazing knowledge, she is superhelpful. She provided excellent customer service. People can learn from her.

The staff within this store are prejudice against anybody who is not white or dressed appropriately. They will assume you are a thief, despite being a legitimate customer. Disgusting treatment and service here.

This branch of Holland & Barrett is excellent but the choice of products are limited.
