This shop is tiny but has an incredible selection. Holly is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about sustainable living and eating. A must visit if in Cockermouth. You can get most of your pantry staples as well as plastic free hair and body stuff. There is laundry liquid etc. Beautiful handmade cards. There is often fresh eggs and veg. Holly makes it easy to reduce waste and eat organic. Thankyou Goodness and Grain x

This is a very good local shop! They have great local honey and good lip balm! The person who runs the shop is very kind and the shop probably has what you need!

Ethically sourced, reasonably priced and brilliantly run. A little gem. My Mum has used this place for years and loves it and I go in regularly for her shopping. Cannot recommend enough. Lots of little bits of local products alongside the refill stuff.
