The Health Workshop

A great find. The shop is amazing, they have a huge selection of food, health care, beauty and nutritional support. They also had homemade raw food which was delicious, hard to believe it could be so healthy.

It is a bit of a tardis as they have 2 treatment rooms and a studio upstairs as well with lots of classes and treatments on offer. So glad to see something like this in Ashby.

Now a weekly visit for me!!

Awesome shop - very well stocked and will try to order unusual item requests. Great yoga classes and a good variety of very professional therapists available - reiki, homeopathy, acupuncture, reflexology and more 😀

I went into this shop today seeking help for severe bruising, inflammation, and the pain from multiple bone chips.

They COULD NOT have been more helpful!

They helped me work out the right choice of homeopathic medicine and offered me further support at home, in the form of Reiki, which I know to work!

Amazingly friendly and helpful service - like shops used to be, where service itself is important.

I had been waiting for 5 weeks for Osmo patches to arrive from Australia,I emailed them and they gave me Ashby Health shop address.
I phoned and ordered the patches on Wednesday the patches arrived on Thursday what fantastic service!
They were so helpful when I phoned,would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting the shop.

Alison is the most knowledgable person I’ve ever met on my journey in natural health. She has so much time to help you and nothing is too much trouble. I love her shop she stocks almost anything you should need. I was recommended to go there by a friend I’m so glad I discovered it.

Very down-to-earth and friendly staff; good old-fashioned customer service and highly-recommended treatments! Definately pay them a visit, a real hidden gem!
