opened. Still providing fabulous organic
fresh food. Enticingly displayed and served
by very friendly efficient staff. There's also
an excellent shop full of all things tasty and

Planet Organic? Great place! They stand for something good and encourage others to do the same.
With numerous stores across London, displaying a great range of products from health and body care to great tasting food and health boosting nutritions!
I know, sounds like they're paying me. But it's just that good! Check it out.

Good place to maybe have a coffee or soup. I would not recommend shopping here as the prices are unjustifiable (for example for frozen banana it is £3.55 for 300g). I understand higher prices for more luxury-fad items, but competitors have much cheaper prices for most of the brands on their shelves. Also the same items they sell can nearly all be found in Waitrose!
I have taken off 1 star for that reason.
I am taking off 2 more stars because of the behaviour of their employees.
The staff are very rude and do not sell Planet Organic at all to the customers. They seem to have a dislike for the people who shop here. Unfriendly, rude and stand around chatting to each other.
I used to be a regular here and will now switch to Whole Foods for organic produce

Love this place. It’s a really nice edition to Westbourne grove. Staff is always so friendly and happy to assist. Really polite during Covid waiting times and non of that one person per household. They didn’t let us in to whole foods, because of it. So we came here. Nice selection of organic veg and always well stocked.
Over the years this high street became a vocal point of heathy and organic food. Like a little district:) nice Italian shop on the same road is worth a visit. Parma ham and fresh pasta 🙌🏻

Produce is really organic and easy to navigate around the store. Food and drinks there are really good with the in-store cafe. When comparing supermarkets prices I find this planet organic to be cheaper and all together the produce tastes better.

Very disappointing - almost bought a pack of my favourite tomatoes,but noticed half of them already had mold on them,showed the staff,took another pack that looked fine only to discover at home that they were rotten,too. Brought them back,and the staff didn't really seem to care much, though arranged a refund. I was expecting decent quality from quite a pricy shop, apparently thats not the case. Hopefully other products, especially ready to eat ones,dont hang out there for weeks before they are purchased.

I am a regular customer of Planet Organic. I love it most of the time, but the other day something very off-putting happened! For months I have been keeping track of my smoothie purchases on a loyalty stamp card thing (they stamp it every time I get one). After 9 smoothies, you get the 10th one free, and I finally had 9! So last week, I finally decided to go get my free smoothie! YAY! WAHOO! FINALLY! I was so excited! BUT THEN!

When went in to get my 10th (free) smoothie, they wouldn't give me one! I had 9 stamps already on the card so you could see I am a loyal customer, and I even brought a friend in with me that day who also bought some things, but they refused to give me my 10th smoothie. Rather than giving me my 10th (free) smoothie, they instead asked me to pay and then gave me a new smoothie card with one stamp which was not helpful at all!

I was very confused especially as all of the other places I have a loyalty stamp card at are BEYOND kind as they see that I am a good/regular customer, but the people working at the smoothie counter that day really were refusing to give me my free smoothie! And they wouldn't explain why! It really threw me off and they were not being very nice about it either!

When I asked them to explain they said, "you wouldn't understand"...which was quite upsetting as I had been REALLY EXCITED to finally go get my 10th smoothie and I left feeling so confused and sad. I honestly felt kind of betrayed as I had been excited about the day I would finally get to 10 on my smoothie card for months!!! SUCH an unpleasant experience!!! :(

Excellent customer service by young man Emanuel. I recommend him to trian others he has a natural skill of great customer service.
