Agree with other comments - I feel that this shop has so much potential (good produce, friendly staff) but why is nothing labelled? Almost everything that I looked at wasn’t priced but some items (loaves, for example) didn’t specify what type of bread it was, you had to guess from the crust. Please, please add some labels/prices!

great selection of products in all sections.
my personal suggestion is to bring the ''new forest'' cider, which is great and a british product

Excellent wholefoods store. They have plenty of products in store, including a salad bar and fresh juices. I also like the growing cabinet, which grows their fresh herbs. Staff are helpful and very friendly. I will be back.

Have been a loyal customer for a couple of months now, since moving in the area. I have to say that both the staff, and the products are incredible, especially for someone that is super conscious of what they eat like I am.

They've got a very good variety of products and always refresh with new, exciting brands.

Nothing negative to mention, keep up the good work, guys!

The shop is pleasant and clean, and the products are good. But generally EVERYTHING is unbelievably overpriced. I understand the concept of premium products at premium prices, but... a £16 single chicken breast? £10 for bar soap? Give me a break. There are loads of nearby shops which are less fancy but stock the same organic and specialised bits at a much lower price point. The self-service lunch box bit is a good idea and generally lovely food, but needs to be better labelled in terms of allergens etc, plus it's not refrigerated or covered and attracts flies and gnats. Again, at £12ish quid for a takeaway box you'd hope for better food safety. Staff are standoffish at best. The 'reduced section' fruit and veg is almost always way off, cheeky of them to try selling it. I'm assuming it costs them a lot of money to run, which explains the inflated prices. It's a shame, because it feels very out of touch with the neighbourhood and its community, a reminder that actually, most people can't have nice things, even if it's just a packet of ravioli.

The shop is amazing. A very welcome business for the area, there is nothing else like it on this highroad. Big selection of premium products, many things i havent seen anywhere else. Lots of vegan goodies and nice salad bar. They also have a huge selection of panettone which is great. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I will be back.

This place represents the real issue with gentrification. Selling anything fancy and overpriced without having any knowledge of what they are selling.
Products that keeps changing prices everyday.
Products having discrepancies from the shelves to the till, check your receipts!
Discount stickers appearing and disappearing.
Staff that doesn't know cake ingredients.
Bread which is no longer edible sold at half price.
I thought that was enough until I have seen a panettone sold per slice!

They have vegan croissants plus other baked vegan treats, organic breads, a decent range of health food brands and a UV light cabinet actually growing fresh herbs and micro greens in store! This place is amazing.
