Very good place and location for your natural supplements, creams, oils, sweets, nuts, and so much more healthy and organic products. Most of the staff are kind and respectful.

However last time i went, I thought the staff had finished scanning my products and I kindly asked for a bag for it all and she replied back “i only have 2 hands you know”. Which was not very polite so i just smiled in a weird way like “okay.??”

I had the most disappointing customer service at this store. I interrupted my train journey just to pop into here to pick up incognito insect repellent which is not widely available. There was 4 on the shelf, 1 with a lid and the rest without. I did not want to risk this leaking out in my suitcase so I took this to the till point as there was no other staff visable. I was told that is "must be" the new packaging and then an impatient finger tap to hurry me along. I asked if they could check if there was any without. The assistant replied that he could do nothing about it. I then asked if his solution, was no solution and I got more impatient finger taps. If that is what Holland and Barrett believe is suitable customer service then next time I shall be buying my products from Amazon!

Shop itself is great little eith plenty to pick. How ever some of the staff members should spend a year or two in customer service training. Poor customer services mainly from male assistants.

Appalling customer service. Rude and argumentative staff member, name of Nurul, who also doesn't realise the legal requirements within retail. Utterly disappointed.

Barking holland and Barrett is slightly bigger than some other branches of Holland and Barretts which ment wider isles most importantly it is well stocked unlike some other branches. I got what I needed even better /it was staffed with helpful shop assistants who knew where the supplement's are shelved and that they have the stock.

Absolutely amazing staff and manager. They let my autistic child to pretend she's working there and line up the products and then they give her treats for a good job. It's such a wonderful gesture. Thank you so much!

I went for the first time to the shop for some advice about vitamins and I meet Charles the manager which was very helpful and very friendly.
