Friendly local complementary medicine and healthfood store, might not be as cheap as some chains but gives a good service and has a wide range.

Excellent service, the gentleman serving me was knowledgeable and offered advice on the product my GP recommended to aid digestion, and plenty of choice.

I have a Sulphite allergy and beanfreaks is one of the only shops which sells Sulphite free squash!

Also love all the produce in here and it is all very reasonably priced!!

Lovely shop with a great variety of health foods. Very grateful to know you can order online because I don't have any lovely health food shops like this in Blackpool!

This was my first choice of health stores in Cardiff. Since I was coming from Germany and was used to a variety of health stores in our cities I was looking for a place where I could get my organic food and also healthcare and hygiene products. The store owner was very nice and forthcoming and helped me to choose the right products for me.
I recommend the RJ's Soft Black licorice from New Zealand which I became addicted to :-)
Since I now moved over to Crete I am no longer able to visit this store but once I am on a trip to Cardiff I will definitely pay them a visit again.

Very good vegan butter. However it's not in Pontcanna or Canton. It's in Riverside.
