Hi went to H and b in Tesco where a young lady Was working .
I asked if I could use my points to purchase she said yes but didn’t tell me I had to go above voucher price to use voucher I said oh I wasn’t aware and you didn’t let me know to her reaction she said oh well without offering any help or conclusion luckily I covered the 70 p required but it seemed she didn’t want to help and she also had an attitude I suffer from adhd and small problems like this I find hard to process so felt not a valued customer it happened yesterday 10/8/22 at approx 6 pm she had dark hair and roughly 5ft 10 tall my partner was disgusted by her customer service skills as there was non only complaining on here as couldn’t find email to complain hope this is taken seriously many thanks

Great team at this Holland and Barrett. They are always very welcoming and happy to help me, and other customers, with great advice on products.
