Admission prices added and have also been modified!
Gents now reduced to £20, but at the expense of the ladies which has now increased from £15 to £20. Oh! And couples also reduced to £25 from £30. However, I do see that as being fairer to all. It’s a start is probably the best way of putting it. I’d love to see prices going down to less than £20 to attract more custom as it is generally sooooooooo dead, but not to the detriment of all users that it gets too busy or attracts the wrong sort of custom. No changes made to improve the website. At least 9 dead/circular links on the home page make it seem like you’re going somewhere when the reality is, you’re not.
For the time being, I won’t alter my overall rating, but this lovely establishment is heading in the right direction. Probably to closure if it’s not savvy on the entry prices..... 🙄😂

Poor website does the business no favours. Information missing. Dead/circular links. No info on admission prices (and probably no wonder when you find out how expensive it is for single guys!). Not good!

However facilities are good and appear clean for a small establishment.
Small sauna, small steam room, 2 jacuzzi rooms with 2 large (6-8 person) jacuzzis. 2 adequate changing rooms.

Rarely busy in my experience. And probably no wonder.... Sort the entry fees out to encourage people to want to go = win - win!

5 stars but docked 1 for entry fees and 1 for poor website = 3 stars.

Very good massage from one of the very friendly masseuse. Reasonable price. Only let down is the steam room not working only one jacuzzi and the sauna

Great place to relax regularly kept clean during stay. Friendly staff will be going again next weekend. Would definitely go more often if price was less.

Only do Swedish style massage's, cannot tell if the shop is actually open??

I had a lot on my mind and needed somewhere private and quiet to clear my thoughts. I was welcomed courteously and shown around the facilities which were adequate and clean. The staff were polite and chatty without being intrusive. I spent 2 hours on the premises, was offered a free cup of coffee and someone came to my assistance within seconds of my tripping on the step into the steam room. I was pleasantly surprised to be told there was a smoking room, which enabled me to fully relax and unwind. The whole experience was entirely satisfactory and good value for the money I paid.

I went there on a Friday night and it was not busy. I was greeted by the manager amd told about where I could leave my belongings and was given fresh laundered towels. Was able to use the sauna only as I had some beauty treatments done earlier on that day which recommended I stayed dryish, my time was enjoyable on my own and left feeling very relaxed.

If I could right minus stars I would, I came for an enjoyable relaxing time which for the first 40 minutes Was fine. I was then approached my a member of staff who told me that if I was pregnant I could use the facilities, this was quite upsetting for me but I stated I was not pregnant. She then continued to ask me again at which point I I broke down and started crying side note I’m a size 10 and was not feeling my best that day hence why I wanted to have some RnR at a spa. So all in all I wouldn’t recommend I’ve never felt lower about myself and honestly this has really effected my mental health as I like most women after two children don’t love my body and this will more than likely live with me and effect the way I view myself. So not really what you want when you book a spa.

The cold wet days lead me to go to this spa retreat. I was able to use the sauna and steam room aswell as the jacuzzi. Inledr there feeling revitalised and ready for the rest of the week. Thank you
