Halo Hearing Solutions (Berkhamsted)

Family had complained that I was increasingly deaf. Booked online a wax removal appointment but found my ears were clear. Booked a follow up hearing test. Learnt alot but found my hearing was fine. Had great service, met lovely people, no attempt to sell me anything. Expect to return in a couple of years!

Just been to Halo for ear wax removal and 110% recommend them! Firstly booking my appointment over the phone the lady was so helpful and friendly she gave me a lot of confidence ahead of my appointment. On arrival both ladies were incredibly understanding when I couldn't hear them talking to me and made me feel relaxed and at ease whilst also being incredibly professional! I was treated by Anita who explained everything about my ears and what she was going to do including before and after ear canal photos! (Eew, but fascinating!) The treatment was completely painless and actually tickled! The suction machine sounded like the ocean or being in a gale wind with satisfying 'pops' as the wax was removed. I'm going back for another treatment as one of my ears is being particularly stubborn but I won't hesitate to go back to Halo for any of my wax/hearing needs! 😊

Warren was great! I arrived slightly early for my appointment and was asked in almost immediately. After some initial photos Warren took me through and removed the wax in both ears. I had been struggling with wax build up in my ears for some time so it was such a relief when it was removed so quickly.

Great relief to have ear wax removal today. Was fascinating to be able to see inside my ears pre and post procedure. Also very happy that irrigation may be used in addition to the micro suction. Excellent, friendly and efficient.

I called Halo Hearing Solutions having seen them highly recommended on a local Facebook page. I was able to be booked in a few days later.
Having had some tinnitus and a feeling of my ear being blocked, I wanted to have it cleaned out but I also wanted to be confident it was done by someone who knew what they were doing.
