Hidden Hearing Maidstone

Initially purchased 2 hearing aids from Hidden Hearing approx. 12 months ago all was ok, received a text yesterday confirming my 6 monthly check up / review 11.30am at Solihull shop. Went by taxi (as recovering from hip operation), arrived at shop at designated appointment time only to be told that they were running a little late & was it ok if I waited for a while, I asked how long & the receptionist said they could fit me in at 12.30 - An hour later ! As I had already arranged to meet a friend at 12.30 this was unacceptable, I told her that I had travelled in via taxi & enquired why she had not phoned me earlier this morning to tell me about the delayed appointment, her answer was that she had been busy, (because the Audiologist had been out this morning). A feeble & unacceptable excuse, another taxi fare back home for nothing. I am therefore not a happy customer & am £12.00 out of pocket due to Hidden Hearings inability to keep me properly informed !

Excellent service and I would recommend HH to anyone. My only criticism is that I cannot say to my wife anymore -" sorry dear I didn't hear you say that".

Good experience.The examiner had a Good Sense of Humour.Even waiting in Reception was fun. Very nice receptionist.Free Coffee and Biscuits and Chocolates Only down side was finding out my Hearing is going and I need Hearing Aids but at least you can get them on Finance .

So far fantastic, lots of background talk, test explained, problem explained, hearing aid put into ear for quite a while to try it, options discussed, now await the fitting.

Very in depth Examination of my ears. And talked through step by step. Expensive but there is a lower range. Available to suit your pocket. Good follow up Appointments forever if required.

Daren and his colleagues really go the extra mile, to make the visitor relaxed and the treatment is first-class.

I was made welcome strict covid rules in place. Everything was explained and why. Excellent visit felt a lot better on leaving. Thoroughly recommend you visit if you have a hearing problem.
