Ellie, my new consultant at Cambridge, was very very good. She sorted a couple of things I had trouble with in my first six months - intrusive ambient noise, and also suggested smaller plastic domes which fit snugly inside my ears, so enabling the wires to sit closer to my head. She is very attentive, and charming.

The Hearing test was very good indeed - very professional and comprehensive - most impressed. The Otico Hearing Aid that I
tried was amazing but at £3299 way too expensive for what was
initially supposed to be a "pensioners special hearing aid". My pension
won't stretch that far.

Ellie tested most thoroughly and then talked both of us through all the options and what was best for Ian. She could not have been kinder or more patient. For me as the wife having to shout all the time and listen to the TV at full volume, her care and attention to Ian was life changing for us both! I can't thank her enough.
