Excellent Service.
All the staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and efficient. Special note should be made of the two male members of staff who drove 200 miles for my follow-up after having new hearing aids fitted. I was speechless that anyone would be prepared to do this. Unbelievable service !! The aids are working superbly, and I am hearing things that I have not heard in many years. I can not recommend the Lichfield branch of Hidden Hearing highly enough. Faultless ... nothing too much trouble.
C from Exeter.
Visited in January 2019.
The actual test was no longer than 5 minutes and did not involve the use of the booth as advised, or indeed the person we had been advised to bring along.
We very much felt like it was a very rushed appointment and most disappointing was that it wasn’t what we are told it would be.
Added to which we were offered no trial of the hearing devices.
A massive disappointment !
I attended an appointment to have ear impressions made for some very, very expensive custom moulded in-ear earphones. I presented the Audiologist with a print out advising very specific instructions that must be followed and diagrams. He dismissed them telling me "I don't need to see this, I do these all the time". He then attempted to force me to put a mask on. I told him I was exempt (A debate then ensued) and I asked him what the point of me putting a mask on was anyway as I would have to put the "one inch bite block" in my mouth necessary to make the impressions properly. He then proceeded to tell me that a bite block was not needed. I told him it absolutely WAS necessary and that all of this is clearly stated in the printed material he refused to look at. He then told me that they wouldn't be able to do it if a bite block was necessary as they don't have any bite blocks. I left the building without any impressions having been produced, with my morning having been wasted and I'm absolutely disgusted at the way the audiologist treated me.
and the ear care practitioner, Tracy, for the removal of ear wax . Very professional and at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything other than what I could afford.
